Demo tour: traveler app and bookings

After seeding demo state, sign in as the demo traveler (see docs/handover/local-demo-learning-path.md) and open /app — saved trips and active bookings surface there.

The demo traveler has three bookings in different workflow states (pending, payment due, confirmed) so you can compare traveler portal messaging without fabricating data.

Use /packages to add more favorites, then return to /app to see how the traveler hub stays tied to the same catalog you previewed in the earlier demo posts.
