Reporting Copyright Infringement

Nomadz Trips takes copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe that any content accessible on or through www.nomadztrips.com infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by submitting a written notice to info@nomadztrips.com.

In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), also known as the DMCA, your written notice must include all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if your claim covers multiple works on the website

  • A description of the material you believe is infringing, precise enough for us to locate it on the website

  • Your contact details, including your name, postal address, phone number, and email address

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • A statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If your DMCA Notice does not meet all requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, it may not be considered effective.

If you knowingly and materially misrepresent that content on the website is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages, including legal costs and attorney fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to disable and or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, where circumstances warrant such action.
